The Imlers was organized as a Domestic Limited Liability Company (LLC) in the State of Indiana on June 28, 2010. Prior to the organization work has been done on Internet solutions since 1996.

The Imlers looks to bridge the gap between information technologies and the medical field through innovative mobile and internet technologies. Several ongoing initiatives in Internet as well as mobile technologies are ongoing.
